It is the first time for you at The Chiropractic Collab and you would like to take your first step on your health journey?
Then this appointment is for you.

Your Initial Consultation and Examination includes:
Initial Consult to discuss your health history and needs,
Neurological Examination,
Orthopaedic Examination,
Bio-structural Examination (including Digital Posture Analysis) and
A Specific Chiropractic Examination
Your First Chiropractic Adjustment

This is all done to assess your brain and body connection and ensure that chiropractic can help you. You will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to fill out your health form before your appointment. At your second appointment, we will discuss your examination results, provide specific Chiropractic adjustments and further advise a care plan to help you reach your specific health goals.

Een Chiropractie Correctie

Deze onderzoeken worden gedaan om de verbinding tussen de hersenen en het lichaam te beoordelen en om te zien of chiropractie u kan helpen. U ontvangt een bevestigingsmail met een link om voor de afspraak het gezondheidsformulier in te vullen. Tijdens uw tweede afspraak zullen we de resultaten van het onderzoek bespreken, u behandelen en een zorgplan adviseren om uw gezondheidsdoelen te behalen.
